Hope Digital’s TW2300-MAX is the largest wide-width ceramic inkjet machine currently on the market. It can print up to 2300mm in width and produce ultra-large slate products with a width of 2000mm. A few years ago, Hope was the first to launch a 12-channel inkjet machine, achieving a major breakthrough in ceramic inkjet technology; now Hope is the first to launch a 2300mm ultra-wide 12-channel all-in-one inkjet machine, once again leading the innovation and development of ceramic inkjet technology. Under the 12-channel configuration, customers can arbitrarily match the latest technical inks on the market for production according to their own product needs, providing a technical foundation for product diversification, enriching product categories, and enhancing the differentiated competitiveness of products in the terminal market.
The TW2300-MAX can operate up to 432 nozzles on a single machine, setting a record for the largest number of nozzles that can be mounted on a single inkjet machine in the ceramic industry. Such a large and complex machine has extremely high requirements for the software and hardware control capabilities of the equipment. Currently, only Hope brand inkjet machines on the market can do this.
