In recent times, many ceramic production areas in the south have been experiencing power cuts or even suspension of production due to overloaded electricity, which has had a great impact on the normal production of many ceramic companies.
Recently, "Ceramic Information" visited the Zibo production area in Shandong and learned that most ceramic companies in Zibo are also facing the production problem of "power rationing". Due to insufficient power supply, ceramic companies can only turn on some production equipment within a certain period of time and cannot carry out continuous production, resulting in further increases in the production costs of each ceramic company.
Under this situation, many ceramic companies said: "If power is limited for such a long time, ceramic companies will be really sad this year."
Power rationing will begin on September 12th
Some ceramics companies said that "if there is a long-term power outage, they will have to stop production"
On the evening of September 10, some power lines in many districts and counties in Zibo suddenly lost power, causing great inconvenience to many industrial enterprises, restaurants and other power-consuming units, as well as residents' lives. It is understood that the sudden power outage was due to overloading of the power grid in Shandong Province.
Because they were not notified in advance, most electricity consuming units suffered certain economic losses during the power outage. The sudden power outage also forced some ceramic companies in Zibo to stop production, and even the products on the production lines of ceramic companies were directly scrapped.
Subsequently, the "power limit mode" of Zibo ceramic enterprises also officially began. Since September 12, various ceramic companies in Zibo have entered a state of "power rationing" production. So far, the Zibo production area has implemented power rationing for five days.
"In the first two days, power rationing measures were implemented from 16:00-20:00 every day, but on September 15, it was changed to 16:00-24:00. Due to insufficient power supply, power rationing measures were implemented. Only part of the production equipment can be operated during the power period. If the ball mill is running, the press, polishing machine and other equipment need to be stopped. Once the ball mill stops, there will be no slurry available for a while. "Zibo Yi refused to disclose. The person in charge of the ceramic company told "Ceramic Information".
Since the beginning of this year, the prices of various raw materials have risen, including the recent continued rise in gas and coal prices. These have significantly pushed up the production costs of various ceramic companies, but it is difficult for ceramic tile prices to rise. In recent times, the increase in production costs caused by "power rationing" has made it even worse for ceramic companies that were already operating at low profits or on the verge of losing money.
During the visit, a Zibo ceramics enterprise confessed to Ceramic Information: “Power cuts have alreadyIt has been going on for several days. If the power is cut off like this for a long time, we may have to stop production. ”
Electricity prices may rise by 10%
The daily cost of a line increases by 1,200-7,000 yuan
With the recent tight power supply, power cuts have also had a huge impact on ceramic companies. On September 11, a "Questionnaire on Policies Concerning the Transaction Price Floating Mechanism of the Province's Electricity Market" issued by the Shandong Electric Power Trading Center was successively sent to Zibo ceramics companies.
This questionnaire is to ask each ceramics enterprise whether they agree to continue to participate in market transactions. If the ceramics enterprises agree to participate in market transactions, it means that the price of electricity may rise to a certain extent. Without accepting floating price increases, power restrictions may cause ceramic companies to be unable to produce normally for a certain period of time, or even stop production.
The issuance of the "Questionnaire" has made many ceramic enterprises think of purchasing electricity at market prices to ensure normal production operations. “I heard that electricity bills are going to go up, but we haven’t been officially notified yet,” said the person in charge of a ceramics company in Zhangdian District.
It is understood that the current benchmark price of the on-grid electricity price in Shandong Province is 0.3949 yuan per kilowatt hour (tax included, the same below). According to the relevant policies of the provincial power market transaction price floating mechanism, the price fluctuation range of the power supply department may be 10%. , that is, the maximum price can reach 0.4344 yuan, which means an increase of approximately 0.04 yuan per kilowatt hour.
In fact, the rise in electricity costs may ensure the normal production of ceramic enterprises to a certain extent, but it has greatly increased the burden of survival of ceramic enterprises. "Although the price of electricity has only increased by 0.04 yuan per kilowatt hour, the impact on the current ceramic enterprises is really too great. In one month, they need to spend more than 200,000 yuan more. The main reason is that the current price of ceramic tiles cannot rise at all. When the price increase is mentioned, customers will Run." An industry insider from Zibo said frankly.
According to "Ceramic Information", taking a small production line in the Zibo production area as an example, it consumes at least 30,000 kilowatt hours of electricity a day. If the electricity price increases by 0.04 yuan per kilowatt hour, it will cost at least 1,200 yuan more in electricity costs every day.
For a medium-sized production line with a daily output of more than 20,000 square meters in the Zibo production area, it consumes approximately 80,000 kilowatt hours of electricity a day, which requires at least an additional electricity cost of more than 3,000 yuan per day.
For the ceramics companies building the Ceramics Industrial Park in Ririshun, a production line requires about 170,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity a day, which means they need to spend nearly 7,000 yuan more every day.
It can be seen that Zibo ceramics enterprises spend as little as more than 1,200 yuan a day on a production line, and as much as nearly 7,000 yuan a day to make up for the increased production costs due to rising electricity bills, which continues to increase to a large extent. This has reduced the production cost pressure on various ceramic companies.
It is understood that the main contents of the "Questionnaire on Policies on the Transaction Price Floating Mechanism of Shandong Province's Electricity Market" issued by the Shandong Electric Power Trading Center are as follows:
1. Starting from 2020, our province has canceled the coal and electricity price linkage mechanism, and the electricity market transaction price is formed through the market-based price mechanism of "base price + floating up and down", in which: the base price is 0.3949 yuan per kilowatt hour (tax included) , the same below), the highest price is 0.4344 yuan (a rise of 10%, no rise for the time being in 2020), and the lowest price is 0.3357 yuan (a rise of 15%).
2. After the introduction of the guaranteed electricity price, users who do not participate in the market will still be subject to the current catalog electricity price; once electricity users who continue to participate in the market choose to delist, they will no longer be subject to the original catalog electricity price, but will follow the government's guaranteed electricity price policy.
3. If the market transaction price fluctuates between the highest price of 0.4344 yuan/kWh (10% increase) and the lowest price of 0.3357 yuan/kWh (15% decrease), your company (please fill in the agreement or disagreement) continues Participate in market transactions.
