On November 24, the ignition ceremony of Hongyu Group’s 4.0 energy efficiency benchmark “Digital Intelligence Era” H1# large slate production line was held grandly at Hongwei Ceramics, its Qingyuan base. It is understood that the production line is equipped with two Henlitai YP16890 automatic hydraulic presses. Delitai’s high-end firing kiln combination integrates automation, intelligence and digitalization. It mainly produces large rock slabs with specifications of 1600×3200×9mm, and also takes into account the production of 750 ×1500mm, 800×2600mm, 1200×2600mm, 1200×2700mm and other specifications, large rock slabs with thickness of 6~18mm, daily output of 6600m².
On November 16, Oceano Ceramics held a new product launch conference and launched five new series of 2021 rock slab + ceramic tiles, including Kamo Tanghuang, Cas Maya, Katu Carpet, and Katin 2 Dai and Su Ge slate stone. Among them, the Cas Maya slate series adopts a new slate technology and a specialized texture design, making it present a super-sensitive eggshell surface that is different from traditional matte, soft and bright.

On November 12, Guangdong Xiejin’s intelligent slate production line was successfully ignited at Xiejin Enterprise’s Zhaoqing production base.It is understood that this smart slate production line will be officially put into operation at the end of November, and Xiejin plans to invest 200 million yuan next year to continue to increase the slate production line.
On November 11, the M3# line in Jiangxi Fengcheng production area of Weimei Group was successfully ignited and put into operation. It is reported that this is another slate line after the M2# line of Weimei No. 2 Plant in Fengcheng production area was successfully put into operation on June 28. The new line under construction in Chongqing production area will also be completed and started in the near future.
On November 7, Douglas (China) signed a contract to settle in Fengcheng High-tech Zone, Yichun, Jiangxi Province, with a planned investment of 300 million yuan in a slate production, processing, and R&D center.
